Reemplazar contenido ficheros de un directorio con sed

Una forma rápida y sencilla de reemplazar una cadena de texto por otra en todos los ficheros de un directorio con sed

OLD=""; NEW=""; sed -i -e "s/${OLD}b/${NEW}/gi" `grep -lir "$OLDb" /etc/bind/slave/pri/`

No comento nada mas porque no precisa explicación :)
